Job Summary
Looking for a motivated, team player, passionate massage therapist for work in a chiropractic office.
DEEP tissue work required.
Optional (increases hourly rate for those massages): Stone massage, Thai massage, and/or CST a plus. Essential oils are also available to be incorporated as needed.
Our office: friendly, laid-back atmosphere, family-owned chiropractic office in the heart of Fern Creek since 1997.
Space: Massage room in a family owned chiropractic office
What is provided: room, table, linens, lotions/oils, scheduling
Shifts to fill: Monday through Thursday: 7:30 am – 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Previous massage therapists were with us for 3 years, 6 years and 7 years!
A good understanding of anatomy and anatomical terms is helpful since this is in a chiropractic office.
Pay: $15.00 / hour base to start, with up to $30 - 35 / hour of massage performed based on experience. (base applies to non-massage hours in office - requires assisting with other tasks; massage hours = $30 + increase with add-on services)
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of holistic healthcare and chiropractic.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 7:30am - 12:00pm and/or 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Pay: $30/massage hour base ($15 per hour non-massage base + $15 per hour with massage, additional pay for add-on techniques (i.e. cupping, stones, etc.)

Strong patient service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Ability to perform deep tissue massage.
